March 2008 Meeting Minutes(Previous Month Next Month)Meeting Date: Tuesday, March 4th Meeting Time: 7:15pm Meeting Place: Eldersburg Library Small Meeting Room Board Attendees: Kathy Russenberger, Nancy Vehslage, Julio Pineda, Peg Buckmaster, Allison Murray Discussion Storm Water Drain on Gemini Drive • Is the County or the Association supposed to maintain? • Possibilities of deeding land to the County • Need land records for proof of easement • Make appt. with Engineering/Dept. of Public Works to verify documentation for maintaining area • Check with other HOA’s in the area to see if they have a similar problem Wood/Stone Bridge • Needs to be demolished Tennis Courts • Needs Refinishing • Peg Buckmaster is getting two estimates Fence needs repair at the beginning of Gemini drive on the mall side • Blackoaks owns the mall and needs to be notified Neighborhood Watch • Orientation meeting will be held on April 3rd @ 7:30pm • Need block captains Unwanted newspapers need to be picked up and thrown away on a regular basis. If you don’t want them delivered call the newspaper to cancel delivery. 2008 Activity Review • Easter Egg Hunt Treasurers Report • Forty four (44) unpaid 2008 assessments = $3652, 3rd notice sent. • Three (3) owners outstanding on 2007 assessments: $237 total plus late fees Board Elections & Committees • Peg Buckmaster elected as Member At Large • Allison Murray elected as Secretary Meeting Adjourned: 8:15pm (Previous Month Next Month) |
