November 2007 Meeting Minutes(Previous Month Next Month)November 6, 2007 Attendance: Nancy Vehslage, Julio Pineda, Kathy Russenberger, Randy Vehslage, Adrian Das Meeting opened 7:05 pm E-mail letter received from resident Shawn Carter on Andylin Way. He is concerned about the pine trees at the entrance to the Andylin Tot Lot area falling on his house. Kathy went and looked at the trees. Middle one is dead other two don’t look so good health wise. Motion made to have them removed by the lowest bidder. Will attempt to get three estimates. Storm water management report from Kathy: Jeff from the roads department called. After several visits to this area the Roads department has passed the project on to the engineering department because it is a much bigger job than what they do. There was talk of reworking the drainage run off. No details were given. The contact person in engineering is Chuck Ingrum at 410 386 2157 will follow up with him in January. The county will not put up a safety or construction fence. We will go ahead with our plans to put up a temporary fence along the ravine nearest the swing set area. My husband and I will install it. Treasure report: Lawyers have heard back from 5 of the 11 outstanding assessments. At this point they recommend the initiating of the lien process on the remaining 6. One of those 6 owes for 2 years. The assessments at this point are with the lawyer fees. Meeting December 4, 2007 will be for stuffing the assessments and envelops Idea for next year possibly having a Halloween parade and Hot Dog lunch in the Tot Lot area the weekend before Halloween... Seems like a better time with day light and possible more help. Will follow up through the year. Mowing should be done for the year. Meeting ended 7:45pm (Previous Month Next Month) |
