October 2007 Meeting Minutes(Previous Month Next Month)October 9, 2007 Attendance: Adrian Das, Kathy Russenberger, Nancy Vehslege, Julio Pineda Meeting began: 7:10 -Motion made and seconded to have the annual meeting in January for the 2007/2008 year. The general feeling is that December is to busy a time of the year. County possible will put up a construction fence instead of the split rail. Motion made and seconded to wait and find out if and what the county might do with the drainage from the storm water. If the county won’t put one up we will along the tot lot area. -Tennis courts neighbor Peg contacted one but they didn’t call back. Need to follow up with it being a priority 2008 year. -Letters were sent out on September 27 to the 11 residents outstanding on their assessment by the lawyer. Follow up costs are too passed on to the residents for the lawyer fees. -Nancy reported on the budget -The auditor called and the check she wrote to them got lost. They have the other papers but not ht e check. Motion was made to skip the stop payment and reissue the check. Auditor said if they found it hey would notify us and destroy the check. -Motion was made to buy a USB flash drive to back up the association’s financial info. Adrian is suggesting something around 4 gigabytes. Nancy will take care of. Adrian reported that he has in his possession the Association computer that does not work. Wants to take it to get an estimate to see if we should fix it. Kathy suggested having Jonathan Mayo look at it first. Meeting over at 8:15pm (Previous Month Next Month) |
