Didn’t have the details on what type of group home it is. Our by-laws state the houses in Carrolltowne are for single family dwellings along with that no business are suppose to be run out of houses. So we could maybe fight it. Attending meeting of different Homeowners Association in area. They are looking for different associations to join CAI Community Association Institution membership is $105.00 per board member. Board voted not to join at present. At these meetings I learned that there is an HOA Act in the legislature regarding different HOA issues one being that if a board can’t be filled a “receiver” board will be assigned for a fee. Something to consider. Julio is going to look into flowers for the signs. Something with minimal maintenance Would like to get someone to monitor the FACC meeting the 3rd Thursday of the month. Yard sale was advertised and done on first Saturday of May Nancy reported on the budget 30 homeowners unpaid, 3rd letter going out with interest next one will be form Lawyer Meeting adjoined 8:30 pm (Previous Month Next Month) |
