April 2007 Meeting Minutes(Previous Month Next Month)Meeting Date: April 11, 2007 Meeting Time: 7 pm Meeting Place: Kathy Russenberger House Board Attendees: Adrian Das, Kathy Russenberger, Julio Pineda, Nancy Vehslage Resident Nicki Jones xxxx Gemini Dr attended Mrs. Jones came to discuss traffic problems at the school end of Gemini. She had been able to get a speed check placed which was reported that the majority of the traffic at that point was going the speed limit. She was interested in looking into speed calming devices to be placed by the county. After discussion on both sides of the calming devices it was agreed that she should look into it and report back to the board. Lawn Mowing--Signature Lawn Maintenance sent bid for $230.00 per mowing every 10-14 days. Everyone was happy with their services from 2006. Contract was signed and returned. Shrub cleanup behind the tennis courts and along the side of storm water management on Gemini would consist of them coming in with a machine that cuts down small brush chews it up and throws it back, for Signature to do the work it would be $400.00 per area. To do the work the fence would have to be removed. It is decaying and in a state of disrepair with multiple poison plants growing on it. It was unanimously voted to go ahead and have it done and replace the fence with a 4 ft split rail with wire. Need to mulch tot lots discussed.
