September 2006 Meeting Minutes

- The Association initiated three lawsuits this summer in Carroll County District Court against three homeowners for non-payment of assessments. The trial was held on August 14th. Two residents settled prior to the trial date. Their payments included delinquent assessments, accrued interest, and $500 for Association attorney's fees. The third homeowner did not appear and the court judged in favor of the Association. The board will pursue continued action for payment.

- Scott reported that eight residents still owe assessments for 2006. He will pursue payment.

- Kathy Russenberger will finish painting neighborhood sign at Hemlock entrance in this month.

- Discussed strategies for finding new board member volunteers for 2007 forward.
