August 2006 Meeting Minutes

- This meeting was rescheduled to 2nd Tuesday due to unavailability of several board members last week.

- Delinquent assessments - 9 outstanding + 2 going to District Court trial scheduled for Monday, August 14th. We dismissed one District court complaint as resident has now paid in full including interest and attorney's fees.

- Bob Mayo sanded and began painting Hemlock Drive entrance sign. Kathy will take over and finish painting.

- Kathy expressed interest in composing newsletter to send with upcoming assessments. She will begin work.

- A resident has volunteered to contact the Examiner newspaper to ask them to throw morning papers in residents driveways instead of in the street.

- Scott still needs to convert money market account to higher yielding account.

- Scott reported property taxes and insurance are paid.

- Joe Jascur will inspect Andylin tot lot for lose bolts.

- Board discussed moving meetings to 1st Monday of every month instead of Tuesdays. September and October already scheduled for Tuesdays. Bob will look at Mondays thereafter.
