June 2006 Meeting Minutes

- Delinquent 2006 assessment summary. 14 residents unpaid. 3 of the 14 are more than one year overdue. The HOA is pursuing litigation in Carroll County District Court. Attorney John Maguire has filed complaints with the court and awaits summons delivery.

 - Discussed renewal of HOA property insurance. Approved resolution (4 yes, 0 no)  to reduce tot lot play equipment coverage to $10K to reduce premium payment.

 - Approved resolution to change HOA money market account to one in same bank with higher annual yield. (3 yes, 1 abstained).
