Library Small Meeting Room
Board Attendees: Bob Mayo,
Kathy Russenberger, Scott Gearhart,
Mary Ellen O’Neill, Adrian Das, Julio Pineda, Joe Jascur
- Joe Jascur will work with Scott this year
with regards to
being the Board’s Treasurer. Will see
how checks are entered, etc.
- Assessments: Kathy to
handle all of the mail from the PO box as well as
the reminder letter mailings. As of January 20th, only 60%
are paid. Actions
taken were discussed.
- Lawn Service: Getting
other bids were discussed. Kathy to research other lawn companies to
get other bids for
lawn maintenance. Adrian and Kathy to walk around property with lawn
people.
- Tree branches clean-up
and Andylin Drainage: Lots of down branches, and poor drainage problems
need to be
addressed. As weather clears, this need
will be revisited.
- Carrolltowne United is
looking for donations from
homeowner’s association. Board has agreed to pledge $250 should the
United pursue a Amicus brief with the Appeals Court. Motion accepted by all board
members.
- Meetings are reserved
for the small meeting room at the
library through July of 2006.
