October 2005 Meeting Minutes(Previous Month Next Month)Meeting Date: Tuesday, October 4th Meeting Time: 7:00pm Meeting Place: Eldersburg Library Small Meeting Room Attendees: Bob Mayo, Kathy Rusenberger, Adrian Das, Julio Pineda - Discussed planning meeting for either November 8th or in December. - Bob Mayo will see if library large meeting room or Carrolltowne Elementary available. - Tot Lot - Several residents (Hoffen, Russenberger, Marsico, Mayo, O'Neill) assisted in spreading mulch at Andylin tot lot. - Assessments - Tenatively planning stuffing envelopes at next meeting. - Kathy and Mary Ellen will perpare newsletter to include in mailing. - Lawn and Maintenance - Discussed re-bidding lawn contract. Bob will do walk through with Heather and prepare nieghborhood map to show potential vendors. - Ralph Russenberger removed fallen tree along Gemini common area entrance.
