September 2005 Meeting Minutes(Previous Month Next Month)Meeting Date: Tuesday, September 6th Meeting Time: 7:00pm Meeting Place: Eldersburg Library Small Meeting Room Attendees: Bob Mayo, Kathy Rusenberger, Scott Gearhart - Kathy will get bids for mulch for tot lot - Board members approved $50 gratuity reimbursement to Kathy that she paid to tot lot installation crew. The crew of three installed the equipment in 98 degree heat without complaint and were amenable to all requests by Kathy and Bob during installation. - Maintenance - Kathy said Ralph Russenberger will remove fallen tree along Gemini common area entrance. - Assessments - Scott reviewed 9 delinquent residents. - Bob will talk to Attorney John Maguire about possible liens Meeting Adjourned: 7:40pm (Previous Month Next Month) |
